Greenwich River photo-walk and Greenwich/Docklands Festival
From North Greenwich Station to Greenwich town centre. 

Meet at the top of the escalators at North Greenwich Station at 10.30am.

It's a slightly early start for a Sunday morning, but there's lots of things going on in Greenwich on Sunday for the Greenwich/Docklands festival.

The Bob 2013 - Round 6: Results

Held on 7 May, this was a mono round and the top 4 images chosen by the group on the night were:

Congratulations to the winners and thank you to everyone who entered 'The Bob' this season. The photographer who has scored the most points over the 6 rounds will be awarded the coveted Bob Forshaw DPI Trophy. The top 4 images from each round go forward to the DPI final on 21 May to compete for the AWPS DPI of The Year 2013.

Guest Speaker: Mike Curry

On Tuesday 23 April we welcome Mike Curry as our guest speaker. 

Mike's passion is his landscape and illustrative work and he has been concentrating on this in recent years. His portfolio has a real depth which has won him awards in many international competitions, including four awards from six entries in 2010 and further awards this year in the National Geographic Photo Contest and the International Garden photographer of the Year competition. He is one of the few international professional photographers to be featured in the prestigious Phase One gallery.

Mike also teaches and lectures on landscape photography.

The evening will begin promptly at 8pm, so please ensure you arrive early to get a good seat. Free to AWPS members. £3.00 for non-members, payable on the door.
